Formed in 2004, Boston Logic is an online marketing and technology firm focused on the real estate industry. We provide software, online marketing, and design services to real estate companies, helping them market their listings and services, hire new agents, and operate their businesses. Boston Logic works with real estate developers, brokers, and agents to help them grow and succeed by leveraging technology and the web.
Boston Logic is made up of 3 teams working together. The Boston Logic marketing team strategically plans and executes online marketing campaigns incorporating search engine optimization, PPC and PPM, and email marketing. Boston Logic's web design team creates and improves user interfaces for our customers' websites and our software platforms. Lastly, Boston Logic's development team works to customize, deploy, and maintain our software platforms and hosting environments. Working together and under the watchful eye of professional project management, Boston Logic produces superior results for our clients.
At Boston Logic, we believe that marketing and technology must be conceived and developed together. With the proper technology foundation, marketing campaigns become far more transparent, results accountable, and manageable. With well defined marketing goals, technology can be configured to properly support and indeed enhance marketing outcomes. All of this must be wrapped in proper web design, allowing for intuitive user interaction, search engine optimization, and compelling user engagement.
David Friedman,

David began his career in marketing while he was still in college, working for Red Bull Energy Drink shortly after their east coast launch and with The Seedling Group as a campus consultant. Upon completing a bachelors and masters of science in mechanical engineering from Tufts University, David launched Boston Logic, Inc and focused his attention on web-based communication technologies. Soon David launched Friedman LLP, a real estate investment partnership focused on the Boston market, which outperformed projections upon liquidation in 2005. In late 2004, David co-Founded Boston Logic Technology Partners, Inc. Today, he serves as Boston Logic's President and has lead the company through 10 consecutive quarters of growth. As the President of Boston Logic, David oversees all business development including managing the sales team. David also plays a key role in strategic consulting engagements for marketing and technology projects. Acting as product manager for many of Boston Logic's products and services, David is involved in defining, pricing, and marketing Boston Logic's offerings.
In his spare time, David is hard to find as he is usually outdoors skiing, rock climbing, hiking, cycling or playing softball, racquetball, ultimate frisbee or kickball. David holds a B.S. and an M.S. from Tufts University in Mechanical Engineering.
Sebastian Zapisek,
Lead Web Designer (

Sebastian joined Boston Logic in January of 2006. Sebastian
is responsible for the web design and site building aspects
of our client engagements.
Prior to joining Boston Logic, Sebastian held the position
of lead web designer at Entertainment Image Consultants, a
Manhattan based web design studio.
Sebastian graduated from Bridgewater State College with
a degree in History and Anthropology.
Outside of work, Sebastian enjoys photography, foreign and
independent film, and graphic design. He also pursues an interest
in web standards compliant CSS designs.
Mike Weinstein,

Mike joined the Boston Logic team as a web designer in June 2009. Before that he attended Northeastern University, and graduated with a degree in Graphic Design. At Boston Logic, he will help with front-end web development, and use his creative skills to build exciting new designs for client websites.
In his spare time Mike enjoys drawing/painting, watching movies, and playing basketball.
Tom Cocca,

Tom joined Boston Logic in June of 2007 and is responsible for developing the code and databases that drive Boston Logic's dynamic websites. His main focus and experience in development is working with open source technology.
He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY where he received a Bachelors of Science in Information Technology with a concentration in Communications and Networks Engineering.
In his free time Tom enjoys catching Red Sox games at Fenway Park, spending time with his family and friends, snowshoeing, skiing, camping and other outdoor sports.
Susan Liao,

Susan joined Boston Logic in May 2008 as Project Director and brings over 10 years of professional experience in digital marketing and technology for both corporate and small business organizations. At Boston Logic, Susan oversees project planning and execution, working closely with clients and development teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Prior to joining Boston Logic, Susan served as lead project manager for Boston's top interactive agencies, Digitas, Mullen, and Cramer, and led the successful launch of online marketing and advertising campaigns for major clients, such as General Motors, IBM Rational Software and Foley Hoag LLP. Susan is also the founder of Hara Wellness, a group massage therapy and shiatsu practice in Cambridge , MA , and holds a B.S.E. in Computer Science from Princeton University .
Outside of work, Susan follows the path of least resistance - to escape and unwind with yoga, getaway weekends to the ocean, or morning walks through the arboretum with her two dogs, Doodle and Didi.
Rebecca Churt,
Marketing Associate (
Rebecca Churt )
Rebecca works on Internet Marketing campaigns, increasing site traffic and company branding, and aiming for more quality leads, using search engine optimization (SEO) techniques. As a search-marketing specialist, she also manages clients' paid search strategies including pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. Adept at fine-tuning existing campaigns to improve results, Rebecca is additionally responsible for various other online marketing campaigns and strategies, including email marketing and analytics analysis.
Before arriving at Boston Logic, Rebecca worked as a Technical Account Manager managing multiple client accounts and guiding numerous project management activities. She has an extensive background with national non-profit organizations, contributing to her knowledge of direct marketing, campaign management, and market research.
Rebecca is a graduate of Bryant College.
In her downtime, Rebecca enjoys exploring New England, spinning and yoga, and discovering Boston's arts and theater communities.
Aurora Menter

Aurora just joined the Boston Logic team in June 2009. Prior to arriving at Boston Logic, Aurora worked as a Marketing Associate in the e-learning industry, successfully redefining online marketing strategies for clients and business partners. She graduated from Boston University with a degree in communications and advertising.
At Boston Logic she will put years of online marketing to work by employing her skills while publishing our eNewsletter and promoting clients' work through social media and blogging. She will also be working with the team on SEO campaigns and overall online marketing endeavors.
Jennifer Cavan Tucker

Jennifer Cavan Tucker joined Boston Logic in April 2007. Jennifer brings over 8 years of HR experience to her position in HR & Recruiting.
Prior to joining Boston Logic, Jennifer worked in HR for Osram Sylvania, Cambridge Energy Research Associates (CERA) and Reardon Associates.
Jennifer is a graduate of St. Anselm College (BA) and Boston College (MS).
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending as much time as possible with her daughter Maggie. Jennifer also enjoys antiques, reading, cooking, running, and spending as much time as possible on, by or under the sea.
Katrina Sierant,

Katrina joined the Boston Logic team in October 2007. She brings a fresh face to Logic Rentals, by managing the system and researching new ideas for upgrades to the database. She also works closely with the clients that use the database, by having training sessions and being the go-to person for any of their needs. Katrina also oversees daily office tasks making sure everything is in order and helps manage the account payables.
Prior to joining the Boston Logic team, Katrina attended the University of Rhode Island where she graduated with degrees in Business Management and Economics.
In her free time, Katrina likes to unwind by running, skiing as much as the weather allows, taking road trips, or cooking up new recipes. She also likes to spend as much time with friends and family and go to every sporting event she has a chance to in the Boston area.
