For the last few months at Boston Logic, we’ve been searching for the right person to head up our HR/Recruiting department. We hoped to find someone who fit both the role, as well as our company culture. And after sifting through potential candidates, we finally landed on the perfect one. Now, our hopes have not only been met, they’ve been exceeded.
Meet Steven Kosakow, our new Director of Talent Acquisition (and check out his intro video below!)
What is your background in?
Professionally, I have a background that’s always spanned connecting people. I consider myself a people person! Right after college, I jumped directly into the recruiting and HR world because I wanted to connect great people with great jobs. I’ve been passionate about what I do ever since, and am driven by taking new challenges in a company and turning them into opportunities for collaboration and growth.

Where are you coming from?
Over the years, I have worked at organizations big and small, leading high-scale companies through growth. And, I even ran my own business, working with clients to develop their personal company brands. These were typically other high-scale, high-growth organizations that needed guidance in terms of not only growth, but growth fueled by awesome people. That’s my specialty.
So what brings you to Boston Logic?
A former CEO of mine, whom I respect very much, actually reached out to me and told me ‘look, you need to check out Boston Logic.’ At the time, I wasn’t exactly on the hunt for a new adventure, but decided to take her advice anyways. What I found with Boston Logic was a tremendous opportunity to be a part of something huge, to make a difference every day and to grow an organization from 30-50 people.
Can you talk a little about your role as the Director of Talent Acquisition and what you’re looking for?
I want to excite future employees with the work that we do. Right now, we’re hiring across the board. Aside from skillset, we are really looking for people who are adventurous, coachable, passionate and want to be a part of a journey and make an impact.
All cliches aside, if you are someone who wants to be an innovator, you will have potential at Boston Logic to do great things.

Yes! This is truly one of Boston’s best kept hidden tech companies, with an awesome platform and training to boot. And, since I am interested in the real estate industry, I couldn’t let the opportunity to work at Boston Logic pass me by.
