Summer’s here and there’s nothing better than something fresh. Take a bite of our latest product updates. Let’s get into what’s new for this month.
Path: Admin > Settings > Feed & SSO Settings > Imprev Settings
For our clients who work with Imprev, we now offer a outbound user and listing feed and SSO to the Imprev system. When enabled, the SSO button will live in the upper right hand corner of the home admin screen.
Path: Admin > Settings > Feed & SSO Settings > Testimonial Tree Settings
For our clients who work with Testimonial tree we now offer a SSO to the Testimonial Tree system. When enabled the SSO button will live in the upper right hand corner of the home admin screen.
Path: Admin > Settings > Brokers & Agents > edit agent profile
We now have another text area in the bio of agents and brokers called Agent Highlight. When text is entered in this field it will create a right hand column next to the main column containing the bio on the agent’s bio page.
Path: Admin > CMS > Redirects > Subdomain Redirects
The master log-in, email@example.com, now has the ability to create subdomain redirects through the backend of any site.
Note: The subdomain must be in this format: SUBDOMAIN.actualdomain.com and the Redirect URL must be the full url (meaning it includes http://www.)
Path: Admin > Settings > Feed & SSO Settings > Realtor.com
We can now pull in stats from Realtor.com that can be added to our listing and property reports. This will allow the seller to see the all the interactions that their property has had on our brokerage site and on all major portals. Please note, we have to enable this per company before it can be configured.
Path: Admin > Email Marketing > Lists> New list/Edit list
Now when creating a new marketing list an admin can mark it as a Broker/Admin Only list. This will allow the company to use it but will not make it available to agents for their use.
We now have inbound lead Email Parsers from You’ve got Listings & Collateral Analytics.
You’ve got Listings is a rental system that some of our clients use for their fleets of rental properties. Collateral Analytics powers AVM or in human parlance “What’s my home worth” functionality. For an example of this have a look at our client Green Ridge Realty. Now when a lead gets a home valuation that lead will flow back into our system.
