New Platform Features: March

The month of March is coming to a close, so we’re back with another round of platform updates!

Here’s what we’ve been working on for you:

Plan-O-Matic Integration

Path: Admin > Settings > Feed & SSO Settings > PlanOmatic Settings

Floor plans and photos will be pulled into exclusive listings, and photos will be pushed out to syndications. To enable, the client can follow the path above and enter their API Key & Feed type, then set the property tour and photos updates from PlanOmatic. They can also enter the Company ID, which will enable any agent with access to have a link to the PlanOmatic system on their dashboard.

Lead Routing by ZipCode

Path: Admin > Settings > Agents & Brokers > Edit Agent > Advanced Lead Distribution

Advanced lead distribution can now be based on Zipcode. The system will reference the advanced lead distribution fields in the following order: town, neighborhood, zipcode.

Captcha on Testimonials

Path: Admin > Settings > Configuration > Company > Force users solve a Captcha to submit testimonials.

When this feature is enabled, users will be asked to complete a Captcha form when they submit a testimonial.

Privacy Policy Page

Path: Admin > Settings > Configuration > Marketing > Email Marketing > Privacy Policy

An admin can set which default page will be set as the privacy policy page.

Development Categories.

Path 1: Admin > CMS > Developments > Manage Categories

Path 2: Admin > Settings > Configuration > Property Display > Development Settings

Via Path 1, users can now create and associate buildings with that Category; this will allow you to make custom development groupings. Simply click the “Manage Categories” button, create a category and select all of the developments you want associated with that category. (Note you can associate a development with as many categories as you wish.)

Once you have created categories, you can follow Path 2 and enable “Show developments index page by category;” this will enable the display of your new category view as the default Developments list.

Through Path 2, in this area you can also choose to disable “Show Development sidebar widget when displaying by category;” this will remove the sidebar widget with the list of all developments when the user is viewing the category view.

New Development Options

Path: Admin > CMS > Developments > edit/create developments

When editing and creating developments, you can now tie an individual development to multiple agents and multiple area profiles.
