The Boston Logic Marketing Services team stays busy. Between running effective PPC campaigns, optimizing the Boston Logic platform for search, and launching innovative content marketing efforts, there is little time for bragging.
However, we are extremely proud of a recent project that our team has helped create. We worked with one of our clients, Pinnacle Residential Properties, a leader in the Wellesley MA real estate market, to create a buzz-worthy campaign centered around the Chinese buyer market.
In recent years, U.S. real estate has seen a steady increase in Chinese homebuyers looking to invest in the American market. Being a savvy brokerage, Pinnacle saw an opportunity. They hired Elizabeth Hammett, a Wellesley native who is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, to assist their agents working with Chinese buyers, with the hopes of providing a more thorough and personal touch.
That’s what local real estate brokerages are all about, the personal touch. When we heard about this program, we thought that this was an excellent opportunity to do some content marketing. Liz helped us create The U.S. Real Estate Guide for Chinese Homebuyers, an online guide that answers many of the frequently asked questions that she gets from Chinese buyers looking in the Wellesley market. The guide has also been fully translated into Chinese!
Along with the help of a member of our design staff, Lydia Marzot, we also created a beautiful infographic, which highlights some of the key differences between buying a home in the U.S. and China.
We are extremely proud of this project and believe that it will greatly benefit Chinese homebuyers by answering some key questions they may have about investing in the U.S. market.
