Jack Conway, the #1 independent real estate company in Massachusetts, came to us in need of an upgrade. Their old design lacked consistent branding and navigation. To bring Conway into the 21st century, our designers created a custom Sequoia theme. The homepage prominently features a rotating photo, and a sales search for both MLSPin and the Cape & Islands MLS. For Conway’s 600-plus agents, we created additional theme designs for their personal agent sites. Conway now has consistent, modern branding all over the web.

Functionality

To include all of Conway's properties, our developers integrated the Cape & Islands MLS into Sequoia. Conway's multiple offices and hundreds of agents made them a perfect client to take advantage of our office and agent site functionality. Incoming leads can be assigned to the different offices, and eventually to agents. Agents have the option to sign up for their own site, which aggregates leads from the parent site. This streamlined process has changed the way Conway does business and can save them countless hours of work.
