Design

Jody Pattison at Tri State Realty wanted a professional, classy look for his new brokerage’s website. With that in mind, our designers created a customized Sequoia theme that matched the style and feel of his new logo. His homepage is clean and simple, featuring big, bold buttons leading visitors directly to the main sections of the site:

Functionality

To make customer’s apartment search easier, we built a search based on Boston’s MBTA system. Utilizing Sequoia's Town Pages feature, we created custom search pages to find apartments close to each train line. To improve the standard rental search, we also implemented a clickable search map, providing a fun and interactive way to narrow your search.

Tri State also took advantage of our LogicRentals component for rental management. We designed and built a custom craigslist template that matched his site design, providing clear and consistent branding for all his listings.
