Related Realty is the brokerage arm of multi-billion dollar development and private equity group The Related Companies. No surprise, when they decided to open a brokerage arm, they wanted the best. They started by recruiting one of Chicago’s best team leaders as their CEO, David Wolf. Then, they moved on to technology.

Unfortunately, their first attempt at deploying marketing and technology platform didn’t meet their expectations. When they first contacted Boston Logic, they told us that their current provider’s limitations were holding them back. They told us their needs and desires, and we set out together to get them a reality.

Working with David Wolf, the Related Realty marketing team, and one of the real estate industry’s top marketing and technology consultants, Matt Dollinger, we designed and launched a unique website, customized agent websites, an extensive email marketing strategy and more.

Jack Conway Realtors

Few brokerages have the heritage of Jack Conway, Realtor. Jack started the company almost 50 years ago. When he handed the reins over to his Daughter, Carol Bulman, she knew that it was time to modernize the brokerage. Her first step was to hire Al Becker as Director of Marketing and Operations. Then, Al found Boston Logic.

When we first started to work with the Conway team, over 5 years ago, we recognized, as any technologist would, that they needed a lot of help making their technology fundamentals current. Changing things too fast would have been jarring to the organization and its 650 agents. So, we set out on a multi-year path of evolution, rather than revolution.

Today, the Jack Conway website and online marketing campaigns reach tens of thousands of people each month. They’ve improved and held their search engine placement and traffic, even in the face of competition of regional competitors and national portals. Empowering their internal leads team to follow up fast, communicate with, and then pass off leads to agents, their closing rates on inbound leads have dramatically improved. We continue to evolve the content and user experience of their website and marketing materials to this day.

Pacific Union is the 9th largest brokerage in the United States by sales volume. They were the fastest growing among the top 10 in 2014. The company thinks big, moves fast and holds itself – and its partners – to very high standards.

Pacific Union came to us with a vision for a “mobile-first” web platform that would lead what is perhaps the most tech-savvy market in the country, the San Francisco Bay Area.

Working with Pacific Union’s marketing and IT teams, we delivered a mobile and desktop website featuring unique content on time and on budget.

Coldwell Banker Mason Morse

Mason Morse came to us having already engaged a branding firm, but with no means to turn their ideas into reality, nor the ability to manage a website and online marketing campaigns once their new site was implemented.

Serving the Aspen market and a large swath of northern Colorado, Coldwell Banker Mason Morse serves a highly discerning clientele in Aspen highlands and Snowmass. They also serve the surrounding communities. As a result, their marketing and client communication requires deliberate segmentation – vacation rentals and luxury second home owners in Aspen and year round residents in communities such as Carbondale and Basalt.

Further, Mason Morse regularly works with developers to staff the sales center at their developments to sell the homes they’ve built. Our team works with the Mason Morse marketing department to launch websites for each development, generate leads, and route their leads to the proper agents. Furthermore, a separate marketing campaign is targeted at this development-specific audience. All of this is administrated through our platform.
