Inside Sales Representative

Boston Logic is looking for highly motivated, energetic individuals who with ability to adapt and learn quickly. A desire to be part of a team and grow with a company is a fundamental requirement for this position. You must be willing to have a very large outbound call volume and generate higher level meetings and demonstrations. Candidate must be very personable with the ability to elicit trust and enthusiasm from perfect strangers.

Job Requirements:

  • Prospecting and setting up meetings – You will be required to make 50 or more calls per day.
  • Drafting emails and setting meetings – You will be part of a team who you will work with to close deals.
  • Manage and incubating prospect relationships – Follow-through is essential
  • Basic product demonstrations – You must comfortable with web applications and giving software demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on email campaigns – Writing skills are essential.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Familiar with internet technologies and online marketing.
  • Cold calling – you will be expected to make on average 100 calls per day.
  • Must be very technology savvy. 
  • Must be willing to work hard for large rewards.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team are important.
  • Willing to work long hours
