It was 2004 when Google released version 1 of the Google Maps API. This was the first mapping API. This is when Boston Logic started building mash-ups and other mapping applications. We soon launched the LogicMaps brand and product line for the real estate industry.

Working with databases of information provided by our customers and by major map data vendors, we have crafted multidimensional applications and components. Mapped IDX Property Search for Real Estate - LogicMaps
Boston Logic was first to offer a real estate IDX property search that plotted results on a dynamic map. LogicMaps version 1, conceived by David Friedman and Jason Vanderhoof, was, in fact, our first product offering after our beginnings as a marketing and technology consultancy. Today, LogicMaps version 3.0 is available as a standard component of the ONE System and is completely integrated with the LogicLeads lead management system for real estate.
