Like many other Sequoia System components, Deal Tracker was built because our clients requested it. Repeatedly, brokers and agents asked us if we had a solution that would help them manage their deals from offer to closing. So, we built Deal Tracker.
Deal Tracker integrates with the LogicLeads lead management system. When a lead is ready to put in an offer on a home, you create a deal and enter the details. These details populate projections, reports, and deal rosters. Agents can monitor their own deals and the broker or administrator can manage deals for the entire office.
