Slide 1. Utilizing your agents for link building: Many of your agents have affiliations all over the web – chamber of commerce, charities, orgs – USE THEM!  

Slide 2. Press:  Brokers are in the news all the time.  95% of times they are referenced, no one reaches out or is proactive regarding placing links on these PR gems!  This is a great way to backlink your URL to other sites, boosting your SEO.

Slide 3.  ROI on Print:  Placing codes (QR or searchable MLS ID’s) on your listing sheets, calendars, newsletters etc.  Monitor these in google analytics to see which of your publications are gaining the most views and searches.  

Slide 4.  Email Marketing: Segmenting your leads and contacts effectively into marketing lists.  Proactively sending newsletters and drip campaigns. Keeping in contact with your clients to get referrals. Create drip campaigns.

Slide 5.  Smart Lists : Every inbound lead into the system can be placed into a created list that matches the leads criteria – complete automation.  Build lists based on certain criteria.
