Behind the scenes at Boston Logic, we are constantly working on our product to improve your user experience! Now we’re back with our latest product updates for February.
Here’s what’s new this month:
Path: Admin > Settings > Configuration > Leads > “Agents required to ‘Accept’ Leads”checkbox & “Rejected Lead Agent” dropdown.
By enabling this feature, agents will be required to accept a lead via a link sent to their email before they can view the lead details. If an agent rejects a lead, it can be auto assigned to another agent in the office (the admin can set a default agent for this in the “Rejected Lead Agent” dropdown) or sent to the Unassigned Queue for manual reassignment.
If this feature is enabled, a new item will appear in the “Leads” drop down entitled “Leads Pending Acceptance”. This page allows office admins to view a list of pending leads and more easily identify problems with agents claiming leads.
Path: Admin > Settings > Configuration > Property Search > Default Sales Sort Direction > Newest
By selecting “Newest” from “Default Sales Sort Direction” dropdown, you can have properties on the search results page default to newest listings first.
Path: Admin > Leads > Contacts > Edit Contact > Owner
Brokers and admins can now reassign their own or shared contacts to a different owner through the Admin portal.
