About Samantha Tino:

Samantha Tino has extensive knowledge in real estate technology, boasting over 16 years of experience working with brokerage firms across the United States and Canada, helping them successfully launch technology platforms for the brokerage down to the agent level. Samantha spent ten years of her real estate career as Vice President of Sales for Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies, giving her intimate knowledge of how a brokerage operates from every aspect of the industry. She has been involved with multiple real estate focused technology companies, from early-stage startups, to companies with well over 25 years in the real estate space; in turn, this experience has helped her bring tremendous value to the real estate industry, in which she is known for her integrity, industry knowledge, and professionalism. She is truly passionate about “must have,” real estate technology that helps brokerages succeed, and teaching them how to execute it within the agent community for success.

About Cade Madison:

Cade Madison is the former technology strategist for REAL Trends, a brokerage and technology consulting business based in Castle Rock, Colorado. Madison brought a unique skill set to REAL Trends, as he was formerly the Senior Business Development Representative at RE/MAX World Headquarters. Striking deals with top companies for the business alliances group at RE/MAX, he gained perspective into what brokerages, teams, agents, and real estate franchises are looking for in a technology solution. At REAL Trends, Madison consulted with the top brokerage firms in the United States and Canada on technology strategy, high-level marketing efforts and integration and implementation tactics. He also helped run mastermind groups for Chief Technology Officers and Chief Marketing Officers. In addition, Madison worked with young and established technology companies in the real estate space to help them go to market, reach top firms and secure valuable introductions to help raise strategic or venture capital. He also wrote for REAL Trends TechTouch, a weekly technology e-newsletter offering tips, strategies and information to brokers who have questions about implementing new technologies reaching the top thought leaders in the industry.
